Well done to all Jags and coaches

Posted: 17th February 2019

Well done to all Jags and coaches who attended our latest session, another great turnout.

Jed Jags were delighted to be presented with new tackle bags by the ladies from Friday night Tory Club Jed Bingo today. Margaret Gray and her Bingo team donated £300 to the Jags which has been reinvested in tackle equipment. Thanks to all the Bingo team for supporting our club, we'll put the new bags to great use.

Congratulations to P5 Jake Leitch, our latest Jed Mascot. Jake had a great day out supporting our First XV when they went down to a good Heriots side. Our last mascot of the season will be Ben Raeburn. Ben will take to the field when the Firsts take on Kirkcaldy on March 23rd. We are still seeking P1-P3 names to be guards of honour on the 23rd, if you want your child to take part please contact parent rep Sarah Murdie or Convenor Dave McKay.

Remember, Sat 23rd Feb is our race night and quiz. Doors at the Thistle Pavilion open at 7pm, first race 7.30pm. A WhatsApp message will go out this week looking for helpers to set up the hall.
All remaining race sheets can be handed into Dave McKay this week at 50 Dounehill Jed, or they can be brought along to the race night.

Training will be back next Sunday outdoors at Woodend as normal, please note there will be no kitchen next Sunday.
